Clear terms
Know in advance
what to expect.
Quality is not just visible in the finished tiles. Before work begins, you know what we will do, how much it costs and on what terms. We put those commitments in writing.

Five-year written warranty
We provide a five-year written warranty on our tiling work. If you report a warranty issue, we respond within two working days to agree the next step in investigating it.
Terms set out in a contract
The scope, schedule, payment terms and warranty commitments are recorded in the contract.
A detailed quote and price commitment
We prepare a detailed quote after a site visit. The price of the agreed work does not change. Additional costs can arise only for work requested later or not foreseeable in advance, and are always discussed before proceeding.
No advance payment for labour
We do not ask for an advance payment for labour before starting. On larger projects, progress payments are tied only to completed, verifiable stages of work.
Our own permanent team
Our established team remains in charge throughout the work. We take direct responsibility for what we deliver.
Documented stages of work
We photograph important layers that will be covered, such as waterproofing and uncoupling membranes. The client receives this documentation at handover, keeping a record of what can no longer be seen under the finished tiles.
Details approved in advance
Before tiling begins, we agree on the layout, joints, cuts and edge finishes. Work starts after the final design has been approved, so that the result is consistent both technically and visually.

More than the finished surface
Hidden layers remain
traceable.
We photograph the waterproofing and uncoupling layers. You receive these records at handover, so you can see later what is beneath the tiles.
